Following a few simple aftercare guidelines ensures your film cures correctly, performs at its best, and stays covered under warranty for the long term.
Do not clean the interior surface of newly tinted windows for 30 days. The film adhesive needs time to fully bond. Small water bubbles or haze visible immediately after installation are completely normal and will disappear as the film cures.
After the curing period, clean interior surfaces with a soft microfibre cloth and a mild, non-abrasive window cleaner. Never use ammonia-based products (many standard glass cleaners contain ammonia), abrasive cloths, or razor blades on the film surface.
Scratches from abrasive cleaning materials are not covered under warranty as they are considered misuse. A soft cloth and the right cleaning product is all you need — film doesn't attract dirt the same way bare glass does.
